What do you like best about Oracle Linux?

Oracle Linux is the best OS so far i have used in my entire carrier. It is almost same as redhat linux and you also get a same feel like you are using redhat linux. The best part of oracle linux is their support team which is far better than redhat support. And moreover its cheaper and we are also planning to use oracle cloud computing for future business plan. What do you dislike about Oracle Linux?

Oracle Linux is very useful for long-term usage because of its pricing plan and it is very cost-effective as compared to other cloud VM providers plus oracle linux is very good for development and production purpose. Since the OS is designed specifically for running a database instance and its services, everything is more streamlined, robust, reliable and the performance is as good as it gets. What do you dislike about Oracle Linux?

1) Easy availability to download from Oracle Offical website.

2) Runs with good stability and lesser know kernel bugs or crashes.

3) Easy patching, patch availability is also easy.

incompatibility and complexity has an approach to keywords similar to the cobol structure, its use is limited to a specific program domain it has a domain-specific declarative language that is limited. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Oracle Linux?

Its a preinstalled suit and its nice. I used to test so many scenarios and workflows in oracle linux and its pretty same like redhat but i willl not rate oracle linux compared to redhat, which is more optimised. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Oracle Linux?

we are using it for the last 10 years it is very secure and very reliable very easy to manage we have all servers installed on Oracle Linux like Oracle database Oracle application and Squid server. What do you like best about Oracle Linux?

Oracle linux have is the enterprise linux which have the proper support , so in case of any critical issues we can get the support. And also the patches will be released often for critical bugs & easy to administer , most probably it gives better performance with oracle DB. Overall it's a nice OS platform to work with.
