The UI is bit mundane but very simple to use and clarity is top notch. Business has clear view of only things they needed the most. Can be integrated with the backend of many ranked softwares providing SCM support. Best customer support as Oracle is famous for its software Long term support. The most best thing i like about is it has a very user friendly UI which makes me operate it very easily. Also it is the best analytics tool with very intuitive dashboard and .
