What do you like best about Oracle Aconex?

Primavera allows the ability to create, manipulate and modify a large number of activities for proper viewing in the project management environment. Like other comprehensive and powerful tools, there is a learning curve to using the application, which requires training to master. I have been using Primavera solutions to control and monitor management needs, including time scheduling and resources control. The main business of my company in the constructions industry is related to buildings and infrastructures projects.

• It has different options that can be utilized for claims and variations

• It can be used for documents controls as well.

• It has modules for monitoring the store's stocks and values

What do you dislike about Oracle Primavera?

• Primavera as software package price is kind costly for the starting companies

• It requires orientation and inductions every time a new versions lunch.

Primavera allows us to carry out extensive management on all our projects. We are able to assess the risk, make a sound budget and initiate a planning face that helps the efficient facilitation of all projects. P6, as it is now named and used for decades, originates from P3 - Primavera Project Planner, initially DOS, then becoming WINDOWS application, generated to support Project Managers since early days in 1982. This long-lasting tradition makes it bugs-free and reliable, robust, and most of all - fit for purpose, widely used by planning practitioners who do not want a toy or a drawing tool, but the real-life support for their work and their valuable projects or clients. What do you dislike about Oracle Primavera?

The feeling of mimicking some other, cheaper and not-so-versatile, but declared as "not so difficult like P6" software, makes it inclining to the market of non-professionals. The use of terms like "Start" and "Finish" that is understandable and suitable "for dummies" instead of "Early Start" and "Early Finish" tends to bring it closer to the general public. An average user of Office App is not by any means the target user of any serious application, neither having the need nor the knowledge of any planning process or techniques. Oracle's Primavera Unifier is extremely helpful with organizing service requests for building improvements and repairs, particularly on a large scale, such as we deal with each day in our department. By using the software, we can create a streamlined workflow from the initial problem to the solution. What do you dislike about Oracle Primavera Unifier?
