The development speed. The fact that we can leverage the SQL and PL/SQL skills of our workforce.

The best thing about ti was that a non developer could use it to build a report. Or something else that was useful. Developers might not be as interested but non developers i see use for them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Oracle Application Express?
APEX is very easy for our developer team to use and to learn. We are able to accomplish the given tasks in a fairly short amount of time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Our only complaint would be that we fell quite far behind on updating this application but there were never any flags. Upon upgrading our DB we ended up needing an additional 2 weeks of time to upgrade APEX. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Oracle Application Express?
I like the pre built applications that come with apex. They show you how to use pl/sql and rest by way of example. You can also implement apex with other oracle proucts sincee u can use rest easily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Oracle Application Express?
Although its pretty robust, there are limitations, Aoex is not a full platform ike SOA and doesnt have any bpmn bpel ccmponents. If your DB is already running this eveyrthig is fine, if not its difficuilt to integrate with a different db Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
