"A Solid Choice for Managing Enterprise Documents Efficiently"
What do you like best about OpenText Output Management?

The two aspects I like about OpenText Output Management are its stability in working with many documents. It does the major operations without any flaws, which is a plus for me. I have also understood how easy it is to interface with our current programs and systems and this has improved our operations. Second, at least I am assured that the data that I input to the computer and use on daily basis is safe. In general, it is a rather reliable application, which helps to organize the management of documents. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about OpenText Output Management?

I have found features such as the following irritating on OpenText Output Management because of the time spent to set up: It could be extremely complicated in use, to be more precise, not very friendly if one does not have a great deal of computer skills. And finally, there has to be work done on the design of the product; it is not very smooth and looks a little old. Also, it is quite expensive especially to the new start up companies, although this may not be a major disadvantage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Robust Print Server Application"
What do you like best about OpenText Output Management?

OpenText Output Server enabled me to print any text, labels and pdf files from Linux system to actual printer on field. It provided me with quality sets on commands to configure the printers. It's queuing mechanism enables the system to handle and queue the colossal about of prints coming from the client machine to print server and delivers the prints to the actual printer. What do you dislike about OpenText Output Management?

I was able to use most of the features but I had a lot of troubles in setting up the built-in web application provided to manage the print queues. Even after setting up the web application I was not able to get a better understanding on what needs to be done Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
