What do you like best about OpenText GroupWise Mailbox Management?

I like that appointments are added to my calendar directly and that it gives me the option to look up members of my organization by name. I also like that I have the option to delete a sent message from a recipient's mailbox. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about OpenText GroupWise Mailbox Management?

It runs really slow and it's difficult to organize/filter out messages into different folders. I would like messages with certain subjects to be automatically sent to a specific folder when they get to my inbox but for some reason, I can't do that. I'm unsure if this is because I don't know how to use the app well or if it is just not possible. I also don't like that it sometimes saves multiple copies of the same email draft over and over again. Meaning, when I start to draft an email and come back to finish it later without closing out the original browser, clicking on the draft link will redirect me to a whole new window instead of just opening the draft that I left open in the first place. What do you dislike about OpenText GroupWise Mailbox Management?

GroupWise is incredibly unlike all other email services. If you are used to using Gmail or Outlook, as most everyone in the world is, no shortcuts will be the same nor will it sync with any other services. The interface is also incredibly early 2000s and, on a purely aesthetic note, is not pleasing nor “modern” in its UI design. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
