What do you like best about OpenLoop?
OpenLoop posits that it delivers provider and billing services, which is a powerful product offering. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about OpenLoop?
Unfortunately, when we attempted to follow through with adopting OpenLoop's product offering, we were met with changing terms and an unpleasant sales experience. Over more than 2 months of diligencing, the two sales reps on our deal changed expectations around billing services. And, while I totally understand an early stage company needing to change their product offering, the rude attitude of the reps exacerbated an already frustrating experience.
