What do you like best about Omnipractice?
The EHR is clean, user friendly, and easy to navigate. I also like how the team is open to feedback anbd applies them within 30-45 days. The customer support is excellent and quick! This itself reduces the amount of stress and challenge.s The simplicity of the EHR makes it quick and easy to integrate with clients and clinicians.
Some cool features are assigning tasks to clinicians within the EHR and having a built in CRM. I am still new to using these features and excited to try them out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Omnipractice?
The EHR is in it's infancy and it's building the product. There are still some UI challenges that do not impact the actual service and are being corrected. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
