"Enhancing understanding of our sales performance"
What do you like best about Nutshell?

Through Nutshell, I have been able to ensure that everyone from my sales team is receiving real-time updates about client interactions, tasks, and schedules. One could agree, that such real-time visibility has enhanced our general team dynamics perception positively. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nutshell?

For a CRM platform to be useful for the sales team to track leads, the reporting features in Nutshell are considerably weak. For additional levels of detail, I must manually export data from the external software and use Excel to analyze them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"This CRM is unrivaled from a functional perspective"
What do you like best about Nutshell?

With sales funnels, task scheduling, reminders, and follow-up emails and messages, I can effortlessly follow up on leads, follow up on prospects, and complete tasks throughout the sales process. Maintaining leadership in effective and collaborative marketing, project management and customer account management, with great success in all relevant circumstances. It is a strategic integration tool, and so it should be. Without any hiccups. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Nutshell meets our lead management & contact needs"
What do you like best about Nutshell?

Nutshell is an easy way to manage our thousands and thousands of leads, the relationships with our customers and maintain detailed logs of outreach and communications. We use it literally every day and love the template options as well as the clear, visual way they let you view your contacts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nutshell?

Wish there was some flexibility within Nutshell to customize a bit more for our industry/type of business. Also, would love to see even more integration opportunities with Intercom so we didn't have to duplicate some of our efforts/notes, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Excellent platform for building professional mobile apps!"
What do you like best about Nutshell?

We used Nutshell to deliver enterprise-standard mobile applications at ten times the speed of our traditional native mobile development process. This was easy to do using a drag-and-drop interface, supported with dozens of useful components that make building mobile apps simple, quick and effective.

Given the intuitive nature of the platform, all our staff now have the capability to build mobile applications. This includes those without technical backgrounds and has empowered our workforce in ways that we never imagined. Our staff are delighted and have responded with very positive feedback. What do you dislike about Nutshell?

Occasionally, it can be challenging knowing where to begin when creating a mobile application for the first time. It’s important to have patience and understand that you will need to iterate your app as it is built.

Fortunately, Nutshell’s drag-and-drop interface allows you to add an excellent range of components quickly and simply. It’s then easy to make improvements and tweaks, optimising the app for end users. This is excellent way of ensuring that apps are user-friendly and meet their intended purpose. "Great experience converting paper based forms into mobile apps. "
What do you like best about Nutshell?

The general feel of the Nutshell builder is very good. It is very easy to start the build process of a new app.

It is easy to customise the apps. As this is a drag and drop application, it allows our team to drop components on to the canvas and we can then customise the design of the app to match those of our paper based forms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nutshell?

At first, I found it a little difficult to get my head around the different naming conventions for certain drag and drop components. This was more based on the more complex components which would be used to integrate Nutshell with other applications within our organisation.

Once I done carried out some research in to the individual components I found the capabilities fantastic. The fact we can use an API with Nutshell is great, other parts of our business will greatly benefit from this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great way to build apps with a limited background in development."
What do you like best about Nutshell?

Nutshell is perfect for converting simple forms e.g. inspections/ address books/ time sheets into digital versions both quickly and reliably. I have used Nutshell to create both simple and complex solutions, and I am impressed with its large amount of functionality without having to write a single line of code. I have created a wide range of apps, connecting with both Nutshell's local database, and external back-ends using Nutshell's integrated API tool. Both data storage methods can be created quickly and easily alongside any form you create.

I was also impressed with the added visual angle of development/ build work within Nutshell. The drag and drop approach that Nutshell uses allows users to track how their app looks at every stage of the development process, and the preview/test modes allow apps to be tested easily away from a Live environment.

What do you dislike about Nutshell?

When building the apps, I think it would be much more beneficial to have a global styling capability. I was part of a team building a large number of apps at enterprise level, and each of these apps needed to be styled according to the customer's design. This meant individually styling each component with Margins, colours, logos etc...

It would have saved time if there was a way to style a single element, and each time that element is re-used it inherits the same styles.

However, individually styling each element still proved to be much faster than if we were to code all of the apps from scratch. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
