Is there any way to get a dedicated IP that is not blocked by major retailers / cloudfare?
If I connect to a private gateway and then try to shop online at e.g. www.michaels.com, it blocks me. Turn off the VPN and I'm good to go. I was hoping that paying for a private gateway with a dedicated IP would not have this problem. Is the IP dedicated?
