Is there like a bookmark to make a quick callback?

when i get calls and i answer them i get an error connection which wont allow me to conect with the caller and itll just cut the call

When another call rings in, it seems as though I'm unable to answer that call and put the other on hold -- a little more description on the MAX window with the multiple calls might be helpful, and have a description or color (red/on hold) (green/active call).

What are the New features expected in the future release?

I just would like to have an idea on how to utilize it even for an agent role.

I want the best mode to put your phone in when you have to leave your computer quickly to avoid production losses.

I think this service is easy to use all around the world, not only with companies also with families and people who need better communication

I recommend working on the connection servers, because sometimes it can get really laggy
