Neuron7.ai is developing their teams and processes, so their estimates on what can be done and how long it will take are not always accurate. While their optimism and motivation to please the customer is evident, it does create challenges when setting expectations for development. Technical issues inevitably occur when launching new features causing additional strain for end users. If I had to point to something, it might be that there is some difficulty in configuring/adapting some products to challenging IT and security environments. Challenges that were overcome, but identifying proper avenues for completion can be a little confusing. They listened to our needs & built a solution for our team members who needed a tool to sit on top of OneNote & conduct searches for them.
