Netpresenter has easy to work with templates that can be adjusted easily to the company house style colors and logo. The way of working with these templates is very simple. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Netpresenter?

There are, unfortunately, also some templates that I cannot adjust according to the house style. I would appreciate if this option would become available. For instance regarding security, it is good that it shows that we did not just copy-paste something, but it is genuine ours. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Netpresenter is an effective and efficient communication tool."
What do you like best about Netpresenter?

At UZ Gent, we use the tool to quickly and dynamically communicate new procedures or guidelines related to COVID measures to our healthcare providers. They see these messages very quickly during their work shift without having to go separately to the intranet or their email, but directly via their screen saver.

In the waiting room, you can also dynamically inform the patient about various topics that are important for those specific visitors to the waiting room. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Netpresenter?

Paper posters and requests to read the news in many different places. What is urgent and/or important must be made available as push communication through a channel that has a very low threshold for access and is read as much as possible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Simplicity of deployment. We migrated from Zoom TV signage and windows screensaver to Netpresenter. The application is easily pushed and content is easily managed by our communication team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Netpresenter staff has been very accommodating and able to help us evolve our use of its products. Having access to the database makes the product extremely flexible, and we've been able to incorporate it into our Intranet.
