After a brief training period, their models are extremely effective in mitigating bot activity on our website and is a huge help in ensuring traffic on our site is legitimate and in minimizing fraudulent activity. When we have run into unique attack vectors, Netacea's customer service is some of the best I've experienced with any SaaS vendor. Their customer support team (especially James, Gary, and Charlotte) have made themselves available around the clock to see our issues through to resolution.

Been using Netacea for the past 4 Years. Reporting has gone from not great to pretty solid. Still no ability to stream their data into another log service, but their built in reporting handles for all of our needs and many of our nice-to-have items.
Capcha has gone from potentially overly aggressive to very tunable. They have a mode now that also enables a dialing up of aggression when your sites are under a heavy bot load, and this is also a great functionality.
Finally, they have increased their pre-capcha technology to a point where capcha isn't needed in most cases, and as I understand it, many companies are able to go without it entirely.
Overall, great product. Not perfect, but definitely closer to perfect than not. Also, the team is a treat to work with.

The Netacea team was contact during the midst of a prolonged carding attack on our Ecommerce site. Our payment providers were ready to turn off our account until Netacea stepped in. Within 2 months, Netacea was installed, configured, and working optimally on the attack vector hitting our website. Because of the team's quick work, we were able to navigate the hurdle and remain operational. The team was willing to put aside contracts and process with the primary goal of making sure Mud Pie could remain operational. Netacea has managed to pick up bot threats that other competitors don't even notice due to a great threat detection system.
We had looked at the market leaders in bot management and had been using an alternative supplier for around 3 years, we did a POC with Netacea and it showed a great increase in traffic we should be mitigating, upon full deployment, the detection was even better once the models had specifically been tuned for our traffic.
