A contributor is anyone whose data you would like to see in the reports. You can select who is considered a contributor for your organization.

Can you bill annually?

Yes. minware can bill month-to-month with no obligation for business and enterprise customers, but annual billing is also available for both plans.

What payment options are available?

minware accepts credit card or invoice payments for all customers.

Which data integrations do you support?

minware currently has integrations with the following systems:

Do you integrate with enterprise self-hosted systems?

Yes, minware integrates with self-hosted versions of all supported systems for business and enterprise customers.

minware can add new integrations including for in-house ticket/version control systems for enterprise customers.

What access control options are available?

Business and enterprise customers can limit access for individual, manager, and executive roles to control visibility of individual- and team-level data for users’ own team and other teams.

What authentication options are available?

Password and SSO authentication with Google or GitHub are available for all customers. All customers can disable undesired authentication options for their organization. Enterprise customers can use enterprise SSO with SAML.

How can I provide salary data for cost capitalization?

You can provide salary data for cost capitalization by sharing a spreadsheet of contributor salaries. HR system integrations are also available for enterprise customers.

What’s included in enterprise customer success?

For enterprise customers, minware offers regular training sessions, unlimited support with a dedicated customer success representative, and quarterly business reviews.

What’s included in custom board deck support?

For enterprise customers, minware can create custom slides and spreadsheets for each board meeting.

What’s included in custom reporting?

For enterprise customers, minware can create custom reports utilizing any custom fields, issue types, or labels. minware can also create custom scorecard report metrics.
