What do you like best about Mesh?

Mesh is very quick to setup, easy to use and allows you to effectively manage mail globally for clients and your internal org. The mail caching feature in Mesh Unified is brilliant. Support team have also been very quick in responding to my tickets. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Such a good vendor to deal with - good release cycle with genuinely useful features, open to suggestions for improvements, and actually take them through to implementation. Support is second to none - I get follow-ups weeks after the initial ticket has been dealt with letting me know about improvements made to the platform based on the issue reported, which is amazing. What do you like best about Mesh?

We recently started using Mesh. The ease of navigation for end-user and admins is top-notch. Support is some of the best we have encountered. The support team is always very responsive, something you almost never see anymore and their attention to detail. They will not provide you canned responses and will truly should you real love. What do you dislike about Mesh?

They could improve the categorization of spam-likely vs infomail more accurately. Lack of basic features like ability to filter Allow rule views that are applied to a specific user. What do you like best about Mesh?

I have known the people behind Mesh for years, when they created their previous email security product. That product was excelent. When they created Mesh, I did not want to miss their new great product, this time even better for MSP such as ourselves.

Migrating to Mesh is very easy. Using it is also very easy, and our endusers enjoy their spam reports very much.

What do you like best about Mesh?

An email filtering solution that works and does what it says it will, filter emails and do it effectively. We have seen a reduction in the amount of phishing and spam emails getting through to clients mailboxes. We've found little if anything to actually dislike about Mesh. We started with Mesh when it was still in Beta form and would have liked more features sooner. What do you like best about Mesh?

The simple, easy to access control panel with SSO support allows the team to quickly establish the emails sent and recieved across our entire customer base. Configuring the platform, whether it be Mesh Gateway, 365, or Unified takes very little time to do. Support is always responsive and take matters seriously. Mesh is a great product, it saves our engineers time by providing a more unified and streamlined interface. It offers global email tracking and remediation across all customers.
