What do you like best about Mesh?

As an admin of Mesh, I've found configuring clients to use Mesh a simple process with clear, step-by-step instructions.

What do you dislike about Mesh?

I can't fault the product or service I have received! I've been using Mesh for just over 2 years and never had any issues.

What do you like best about Mesh?

Having the ability to choose between API or Gateway and soon have a product that uses both is great. You can get the best of Gateway based filtering with digests or the best of API with the ability to remove mail etc. Awesome dashboard and super easy to see and manage mail. What do you like best about Mesh?

Setting up the spam filter was a breeze for my customers, and the user interface is incredibly intuitive for all of my technicians. I appreciate how much MESH’s support team was readily available to assist with any questions or concerns Griffin had during the setup process. Their dedication to customer satisfaction really shines through. If you’re tired of sifting through endless spam emails and want a solution that not only works but surpasses expectations, I wholeheartedly recommend MESH’s spam filter. What do you dislike about Mesh?

What do you like best about Mesh?

The addition of Mesh as our anti-spam solution of choice has vastly improved our support capabilities and also allowed us to pass a lot of the tedious user-level management onto the end-user themselves. What do you dislike about Mesh?

Not a lot, I would like to see the header functionality increased, as we are still having to copy and paste these into third party tools such as MXToolbox for analysis. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Mesh?

I have found from my experince using Mesh has been a very useful tool, making things simple for both the end user and the administrators. Using the learning technology within Mesh, it is able to detect threats and spam being sent through emails and quarantine them with a high level of accuracy, only building up the more it is used. When emails need to be recovered, it is simple for the end users to request this, and just as simple for administrators to release them.

Whenever there has been an issue that requires further invesitgation, the support team has always been reliable and quick to respond, elaborating further for things that are needing explination and doing whatever they are able to in order to help get issues resolved and improve their service.

Adjustable settings letting you increase or decrease the threshold for what is quarantined, and allowing for the digest emails to be sent out on a frequency that best suits your needs makes things much easier for everyone involved and I can't recommend enough! What do you dislike about Mesh?

How easy the UI is to navigate. I never truly find it much of a struggle to go through and release emails or inspect aspects of the spam filter. I've never had any issues finding anything on there. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

When going back into Mesh sometimes it'll automatically load up the page of the previous account I was looking at, instead of bringing me to the main partner page. Not a big problem though! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Mesh solves many MSP headaches we have encountered with other products and is very intuitive to use. In particular, the cross-tenant threat remediation saves us significant time whilst enhancing our customers' security. We have also found the support to be outstanding. We've been using the platform since its early days and the new releases and feature development have been great. If I had one thing I'd like to see improved it would be the speed of the live email tracker, which can take a long while to load sometimes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
