What do you like best about ManageEngine Endpoint Central MSP?

I've been using Endpoint Central MSP for only 3 months after inheriting a partial implementation. I've found it a good product that is constantly developed. Support are quick to respond when needed.

I like the simple UI and have found the management and onboarding of devices simple. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ManageEngine Endpoint Central MSP?

As an MSP product i would expect to be able to make configurations and patch schedules for all customers which currently isn't possible. Having to configure these seperatly for each customer can be very time consuming Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

End user Seamless integration with active directory and best part of this product is network discovery and install agent through console. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ManageEngine Endpoint Central MSP?

Some scripting and Shutdown notification is not availble where you can take action in any case if you do DR drill activity with your servers. So hectic with comliance and predefined CIS policy where you can't modify as per your prganisation policy.MDM profile battery draining very fast with MDM profile users.Valunerability also not able to undersatnd becuase in tenable shwing different CVE's and ME showing Different Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ManageEngine Endpoint Central MSP solving and how is that benefiting you?

Patching on remote users and roaming users. Some users do not to restart their system so we can schedule it in this where patch applied and after Vulenerabilities applied. We can schedule to restart servers also and remote amangement is very good feature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Desktop Central makes it easy to monitor workstations and mobile devices on our networks. I can easily see the hardware details of a specific machine and what operating system the machine is running on. Remoting into a workstation is convenient when it works well. I experience disconnects frequently, especially when using the remote desktop tool. There is a 50% success rate when using the feature allowing users to remotely install Desktop Central on networked workstations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Desktop Central allows me to manage all kinds of devices whether it is a workstation, laptop, tablet or mobile phone. We can use the chat feature to get in touch with our customers and remote into their machines to resolve any issues they may have. We can also update our images easil an deploy them within a few steps. Desktop Central saves us a lot of time that we otherwise would not without the software.
