Onboarding Plus – An advanced, hands-on onboarding program that includes full CRM migration, workflow development, custom reporting, and integration support. This service is designed for clients who need rapid deployment and minimal internal lift. Business Operations Roadmap – A strategic consulting engagement for companies already using HubSpot. It’s used to identify inefficiencies, integrate disconnected tools, and unlock underutilized features. This often includes sales process refinement, marketing automation audits, and tech stack rationalization. accelant does not resell software or offer generic marketing services. We focus exclusively on helping B2B organizations get more value from HubSpot through technical implementation and operational alignment. Our team includes former revenue leaders and RevOps operators who approach each engagement with practical experience and business context. We work closely with HubSpot’s product and partner teams but operate independently to ensure our recommendations serve the client’s goals—not a quota or sales target. Clients typically engage us during inflection points: platform transitions, M&A integration, RevOps restructures, or after stalled in-house implementations.
