We offer standalone products as well as plans for medium to large enterprises. Our off-the-shelf plans are annual subscriptions with the option to choose between 1, 3 and 5-year plans. If you require something more bespoke or are interested in a perpetual license, please get in touch, and we can work with you to find the right solution for your business needs.
NB: SiteBackup runs on our SiteManager Platform, which is free to install. In order to deploy SiteBackup agents to perform backup and recovery, SiteBackup Seats will need to be purchased for the number of devices needed.

It shows real minutes and seconds remaining, not like Acronis, which is only estimating and is estimating really badly. I used Acronis for almost 20 years now, and now I went to Macrium. It also shows disk speed, write, read, everything. I also like the Ui and tons of options. Acronis is very barebone and they ask nearly the same price as Macrium. I like the Ui/UX of the App and I love the WinPE App since it has nice menus, options, settings, everything. Acronis has nothing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I was very keen on the idea of Macrium Reflect's Redeploy feature, enabling me to make hard drive backups to potentially restore to new computers without having to reinstall programs and settings, other than any different drivers on the new machine. It's very easy to install and get set up on my machine. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I downloaded and installed a 30-day trial of Macrium Reflect 8 on October 1, 2024. I was considering trying Reflect specifically for its Redeploy feature, and if it suited my needs, I was going to purchase their one-time license of the product. I spent a significant amount of time digging around in the software, eventually having to contact their support team to inquire how to use that feature. They informed me that this feature was not available in the trial, despite there being no mention of that anywhere in their product documentation.
At some point during the month of October, they evidently discontinued the one-time purchase option and now only make Reflect X available on a subscription-only basis. There was no notice of this, and when I finally decided to purchase a license for Reflect 8 (even though I had not been able to test out the primary feature I wanted the product for), I could no longer do so. It stands to reason that if I trial a software, that I can then purchase that very same product before the end of the trial, does it not? Their sales team seems to disagree. I contacted them to find out how I can purchase a one-time license, only to be informed that they are unwilling to offer the version and pricing that I was still within the 30 day trial period for.
This is in extremely poor taste, and I will NOT be recommending them as a software service unless they are willing to honor what I have very reasonably expected. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
