As a fully remote company with employees across the US and CAN there are various federal and state laws that apply to people depending on where they live. LeaveLogic makes it easy for us as an employer and others as an employee to see the specific options available to them based on where they live. While I'd say most people use LL for parental leave, it is especially helpful when people have less common leaves to take and are totally unsure of what options are available to them in these situations.
