"The best service for software developers"
What do you like best about LambdaTest?

The service I have used is just the virtual mobile device and for me, this is the best Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LambdaTest?

One thing I didn't like when using Lambda is the fact that when you start a session on the virtual mobile device, you can't pause it. So even if I use only 1 minute out of the session, the remaining 4 minutes becomes useless Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Every time I try to log in, I encountered an error message as "Something went wrong in the dashboard." and after refreshing I was able to proceed, I also had trouble with taking screenshots and recording the screen during my sessions. it wasn't working as expected. I was not able to capture.

Another issue I ran into was with the resolution settings. It seemed like the resolution wasn’t displayed properly, Network Connectivity Issues: On 2G or 3G networks, a "No Data Connection" message is displayed, potentially persisting even after switching networks. The same issue occurs when switching between different networks Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Lambdatest dishonest advertising"
What do you like best about LambdaTest?

When we first looked at LambdaTest, there was only one apparent "benefit" - the price. Compared to more established tools like Saucelabs and BrowserStack etc, LambdaTest seemed like a budget-friendly alternative that promised to save us money. The lower pricing was attractive, especially for a small team working with limited resources.

We thought we'd found a smart cost-cutting solution. The initial price point looked tempting, and we believed we could get similar testing capabilities at a fraction of the cost of other platforms. It seemed like a clever financial decision - trading a few minor inconveniences for significant savings.

But here's the harsh truth: what we saved in dollars, we've lost exponentially in time, frustration, and potential product quality. The cheap price tag turned out to be a massive false economy. Every hour spent struggling with LambdaTest's poor performance, unreliable testing, and terrible support has cost us far more than the money we initially hoped to save. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LambdaTest?

I was hoping for a solid testing tool that would help me check my website across different devices. What a joke! LambdaTest barely has any real devices. It's like trying to paint a masterpiece with a broken crayon. The emulators? They're so far from reality that they might as well be from another planet. want to know how your site really looks on an iPhone or Android? Good luck with LambdaTest - you won't find out here. Their customer support is like a ghost - present everywhere, but absolutely useless. I've had faster responses from a snail mail. When I reached out with serious issues, I got. You'd think with their cheap pricing (as compared to BrowserStack as per my initial research while suggesting to my company), you'd get a top-notch service. Instead, you get a broken tool that makes your job harder, not easier. I've seen better functionality in free tools made by college students. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"It's a game changer for my testing especially cross-browser."
What do you like best about LambdaTest?

Seriously, LambdaTest has been a life saver for our team. We were really struggling with setting up different test environments for all the browsers and OS versions we needed, and it was a total wasting lot of time for our team. Now? We just hop on LambdaTest through google results, and boom, we were able to test everything. The real time testing is super smooth, no lag or anything, and our automated tests run smoothly also.

What I really loved, though, was how it integrates with all our tools like Jira, Slack, GitHub - it's all connected smoothly. Moreover reporting bugs is actually… dare I say… easy? And running tests in parallel? That's saved us hours of work. Live testing is pretty sweet too, just being able to jump in and see things firsthand saves a lot of time and efforts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LambdaTest?

Okay, so if I had to pick something, I'd say the test speeds on the cheaper plans can be a bit... leisurely. It's not

terrible, but you definitely notice it if you're used to things moving fast. But honestly, for what you're getting, it's a pretty small price to pay. The platform is just so good overall. I'm hoping they'll keep tweaking things and making it even snappier, because if they do, it'll be absolutely perfect! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
