I sometimes find the navigation to a bit tricky-have to click around a lot to find the settings I want. When I am trying to work as an admin it seems to defer back to being a user sometimes so I only see the front end results/progress not the back end for overall users.
We use Your Membership as our membership platform, when people complete a course and receive a certificate, the certificate doesn't link back to their Your Membership account. We therefore either have to go look for their certificate and save a copy in their account or ask students to upload it so that we can see they have completed it. Responsiveness is key to success and is seems as though you have this nut cracked. Lambda or "Moodle" has given us a platform to allow Faculty to collaborate with students. They can post assignments, quizzes, and course materials. The platform also provides integration with other services like Salesforce and Office 365 Azure. It is a "one-stop-shop" for all the things a student needs to do. Lambda suite is professionally designed to deliver a great learning experience with seamless workflow. It is easy to use and it has a smart and simple user interface. It is quite faster than other e-learning platforms and it does provide great customization in managing rules and permissions.
