Looks professional from the front end, students seem to be able to navigate it easily. Whenever we have an issue, the ticketing system works well and we have always received great customer service. Solutions are provided quickly.

I sometimes find the navigation to a bit tricky-have to click around a lot to find the settings I want. When I am trying to work as an admin it seems to defer back to being a user sometimes so I only see the front end results/progress not the back end for overall users.

We use Your Membership as our membership platform, when people complete a course and receive a certificate, the certificate doesn't link back to their Your Membership account. We therefore either have to go look for their certificate and save a copy in their account or ask students to upload it so that we can see they have completed it. Customer Service and implementation teams are continuously spot on... jeremy.n@lambdasolutions.net has been absolutely priceless in troubleshooting any issues we have been dealing with. Responsiveness is key to success and is seems as though you have this nut cracked. Being able to provide customer support to your customers in such a way that it resonates with them to build relationships is so important and you have that figured out as well. So far Lambda we like VERY very much, but Moodle has its limitations that we are working through Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Lambda or "Moodle" has given us a platform to allow Faculty to collaborate with students. They can post assignments, quizzes, and course materials. The platform also provides integration with other services like Salesforce and Office 365 Azure. It is a "one-stop-shop" for all the things a student needs to do. It is quite faster than other e-learning platforms and it does provide great customization in managing rules and permissions.
