It has a push-and-throw design that helps one to execute different functions without the need for code. This program is being used in variety of departments in our organization. It shortens the time needed for our workers to complete their assignments. The only thing I don't like, and this could be due to the number of business processes I have, is just the time it costs the UI to launch a workflow. It showed some trouble in scanning the documents at large at the cognitive marketing platform. In complex organization like ours it is not easy to implement the software. The possibility of creating automation with little or no coding skills is truly awesome. I never realised automation would be so easy for a non technical person like me. Intellibot's simplistic and feature heavy platform has truly helped me understand automation and leveraging it in my daily tasks. Currently I use the basic automations like email capture, data updation. I've seen their advanced automations and features and would love to explore these elements in the future. Error popups during execution wont come so we are not able to identify whether an error has happen or not and we need a larger screen for building the solution because every .net functionalities comes as activity and interconnection between them makes user confusing Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I'm a beginner in this field and I feel that Intellibot should have more in depth courses in its Intellibot Academy. Recommendations to others considering the product Take some time to understand and learn about Intellibot’s RPA platform as it might take some time to understand it very well. It is one of the best tools for automation and the features available can't be compared .Intellibot is capable of dealing with structured data ,semi structured data and also unstructured data hence RPA+ ML capabilities make this product stand out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Intellibot platform is drag and drops for automation platform, the quickest when it comes to time to market for bot delivery. I am using the Community Edition, as I'm not a professional developer. I find the UI for the Studio to be a refreshing change from "Rehosted Workflow Designer" platforms. I very much appreciate the ability to assign the "Window Handle" from the "Start App" connector to either a Data Port connection or a variable. The product videos are extremely informative and useful. I was able to build a plugin in Visual Studio literally within minutes, as promised in the product video. The support team (even for the Community Edition) is responsive and accessible. I expect Intellibot to be a worthwhile complement to BPM offerings such as Bizagi and Bonita, but have no experience with that yet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I look forward to flow control improvements. As others have mentioned, the ability to change variable scope more easily will be greatly appreciated. There is no "Save As" for projects in the Community Edition. The MS Office connectors do not yet have the option to set "Visibility = False". MS Office connectors in general lack some options. I am not particularly concerned about any of these issues at the moment, as the product is in development - support and management really listen to their audience.
