Our company provides a mobile platform that helps users ensure the safety of their family members with. As we passed the milestone of 1.5 million users, our company needed to ensure further growth does not affect platform’s performance. At the time, we were seeing a 25–30% growth in new users monthly, generating around 2.5 million data points daily. We grew from a startup to enterprise level and needed a full-fledged enterprise platform that would scale and keep up with our dev demand.

We turned to Intellectsoft to build a robust, high-performance backend system with quick response time and comprehensive data management functionality. Intellectsoft created a cached MongoDB database, and now our white label platform can handle twice as many users without performance issues. The average response time dropped from two to three seconds to one second at all times. The structure is transparent and scalable, and we also can add more servers easily.
