What do you like best about Integration Labs?

RootFi has shortened the development cycle and reduced our time-to-market significantly. Through their Unified API, we've been able to build layered services on top of our clients' accounting data and serve them better. Our customers are delighted to see data exchanged at the click of a button, as compared to all the man-hours spent in manual data upload. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Integration Labs?

As with any young start-up, the product is not fully refined and improvements can be made along multiple fronts - documentation, dashboard etc. On the flip side, the RootFi support team is responsive and able to resolve requests fairly quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Integration Labs?

RootFi is much cheaper than any alternative. We were able to test integrations without speaking to sales with no time limit, and when we were ready to pay and go live, RootFi was very easy to work with Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Integration Labs?

RootFi just abstract outs all the complexities in integrating with different accounting solutions. Be it authentication, authorization, understanding data models, handling different error scenarios. Everything is abstracted.

As a customer, i dont have to worry about the internals of integrating with any accounting softwares once after i integrated with RootFi. We just offloaded all integrating bottlenecks to RootFi. Also the actual power is, once we integrate, with no very little effort, we get the benefits of all integrations with all other solutions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Integration Labs?

Today RootFi integrations are very specific to accounting domain. If we are looking for integrations with services from any other domain (like payment gateways), have to look for other solutions.
