There’s very little to dislike about working with INSIDEA. If anything, we’d say that in the early stages, it took a little time to fully align on our industry-specific needs and voice. However, they were quick to adapt, asked the right questions, and refined their approach quickly. Since then, they’ve been consistently on point.

I was encouraged to call Insidea from my HubSpot sales rep to help me build out efficiencies within HubSpot. I started off in Nov 2024 thinking I would just need a one time sprint with them. Well, I'm happy to say, I use them every month to help me build out automations, reports and more in HubSpot. To say that they have saved me time running my business is an understatment. Their vast knowlege on HubSpot far outshines anything I thought I knew. They have helped build out reports that make it easy for me to know how much commmssion I pay my team, KPI in sales and onboarding and tons of automations through the use of worflows.

Kajol and Shipra have been my account gurus and managers and I honestly like them so much I wouldn't use anyone but those two from Insidea. Kajol is so helpful and understands my company better now that she's been building out stuff for me for the last 7 months. Both ladies are super friendly and I could not ask for a better experience. If you are new to HubSpot or even been with HubSpot for a long time (like me), I'm telling you, Insidea can help you get to the next level.

Working with the Insidea team—specifically Shipra, Zahidul, and Keerthi B—was a seamless and rewarding experience. From day one, they truly understood our business needs and helped us get up and running in HubSpot with efficiency and clarity.

They were instrumental in helping us transition from an outdated, spreadsheet-heavy system to a fully integrated CRM. From importing contacts and organizing our internal communications to building out forms and automating emails, the team made what could have been an overwhelming project feel completely manageable. Thanks to their support, our sales team now begins their day with confidence and clarity—no more sticky notes or scattered docs, just organized workflows and helpful reminders.

Communication with the team was outstanding. Setting up a shared Slack channel allowed us to resolve small issues quickly, and their use of Loom videos was especially helpful for visual learners like myself. Their responsiveness and clarity gave us peace of mind every step of the way.
