With a complete tool where we have the possibility to configure and parameterize according to the organization's needs, it is difficult to describe a negative point. However, something that could be improved is the user interaction screen; the menus could be clearer and more intuitive, for example, when hovering the mouse over an item, a more detailed description of the item's function could appear. In our demands, we have several email sending processes where we need to retrieve customer information to fill in these details. At this point, the IBM Robotic comes into play, automating the process of retrieving this information.
