It provides change and configuration management activities which ensure the linking between these two inter-related things. it helps release managers to deal with change items like tasks and defects rather spend hours in figuring out which configuration they should include in build. There seems to be a lot of bugs in the 6.0.4 release. The response time for opening items is too slow. Can't create red lines in a module or artifact for review purposes. Need to be able to better customize documents exported to word. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's very powerfull and flexible product. IBM RQM can be used in different projects using different methodologies. I like using a combined solution with IBM RQM, DOORS NG and Team Concert. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Many users taking a problem with interface. Users consider it rather complicated.
