Synergy and DOORS both are heavily resource intensive. Even the slightest task such as deleting something from the database takes minutes to hours. The interfaces are somewhat cluttered and look dated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The OLSC API is clunky to use, and the reporting API is too limited to use. Having GCM not configured out of the box leads to a lot of problems. dislike the OLSC because seems to break on upgrades and have to manually re connect, engineers complain Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
