What do you like best about IAM Identity & Access Management?
Identity and Access Management or in short IDAM allows an organization to manage user lifecycle in a controlled way. It helps to automate provisioning of user's privileges with minimal effort and also allows organization to take required action when a user is not part of organization or review existing user's access periodically. Certain useful feature like Seggregation of Duties allow a end user and system admin to to easily process a request. dedicated Customer support ensure to resolve day to day issues. Since organization users access different portals everyday as part of their day to day activity it is mandatory to monitor them all time. Nowadays IDAM tools are cloud based so it has become easier to implement, integrate and store data over the cloid. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about IAM Identity & Access Management?
Since IDAM looks after security related issues they must comply with certain laws like SOX or HIPAA, hence lot of documention required for minimal changes within the system and it is sometimes difficult to go thorugh all those documentation and understand everything.
