I recently used Help4Access to assist me with repairing a user issue in an Access database built in the early 2000s for a social service non-profit organization. Sasha gave me a quick call, we discussed the problems I was having, and he referred me to one of his technicians, Kate. There was a bit of difficulty finding a screen share program that would allow us to connect remotely. Part of this was my fault with a lack of necessary information on my part to allow certain programs to access my system. After about an hour of troubleshooting, we were able to connect and things ran smoothly after that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
