I think there are none but it needs people with self motivation which drives them to learn continuously but there are people who needs little push to continue with their self motivation things like mentors etc.. may help. And it would be better if there is more publicity of events or contests going in hackerearth, cause lots of people not aware of it but they will be interested to participate if they know about it.
