I really couldn't tell you. They were very professional, the first mapped out every features we needed and got our approval and then implemented each feature as we requested. So it's hard to find a negative to criticize. The project went smoothly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Gloo CRM Inc. solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our company Aqua Blue Water & Filtration sells water coolers and delivers Waters to residents in and around Metro Vancouver. Before Gloo CRM customized Zoho for us, our administrative staff had to manually sort through endless emails to determine who ordered what and when. Meanwhile, Aqua Blue delivery drivers struggled their way manually through their day with no guide other than paper and their own phone’s GPS to guide them on their route.

Gloo worked closely with us to understand and document every step of our delivery process. They then customized different zoho apps and integrated a delivery app to automate much of our process. We expect their solution to reduce order confirmation time by 30 to 40%. Enabling our delivery software to “talk to” Zoho CRM will be invaluable in not just keeping us organized before and during the deliveries but will also provide a history of orders and deliveries upon which we can run analytics and make better business decisions going forward. What do you like best about Gloo CRM Inc.?

Thier team was personable and accountable. If problems were not able to be completed by the Gloo team, they still took care of any subsystem support requests and inquaries. Troubleshot the tools they helped us build, and many others we have in the Zoho ecosystem other companies would have considered "out of scope". In short, they care and it shows in thier work. What do you dislike about Gloo CRM Inc.?

When we started we had scheduled check-ins and updates where now that we are in development phases those calls no longer persist. I still get regular communication and great support, but it is hard for me to showcase that progress internally to people who don't see the nuances.

I'd like to see those more established. But I also have not requested this from them so i'm sure they would accomodate if I reached out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We had a change in business structure that increased our invoicing requirements by upwards of 300% and was difficult for Accounts Receivable to keep up, crippling our ability to develop a particular revenue stream.
