I currently use Gladly to assist customers who have issues, questions, or tasks that need to be completed pertaing to their retail purchase orders. I have always wondered, what else can Gladly do? What other applications can it be used for?

Sometimes I think it would be beneficial to generate personal answer templates and save them to our little library of answers. I like to copy and paste a few of them together, so if I could save those, it would be great! Is there a way to do this already, or do you have any tips?
