I'm satisfied with the MVP we've done with the Five Jars team. I am currently looking for an investor for this project. We had Skype calls several times, but most of the time I prefer text messages. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I think the team needs to expand the development staff because sometimes the implementation of a feature was delayed due to other projects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I can easily interact with the team, since we have no problems with the language barrier and the guys are always ready to listen to my requests. The team is not afraid to take on difficult tasks, since many years of experience are on their side. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I have nothing to say about this. This is a real partnership when the development team becomes part of the business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Five Jars developed an internal application for us from several modules: the Survey Template Builder allows us to quickly assemble any survey from existing templates, the survey distribution tools are integrated with our mail and allow us to send out bulk survey invitations, and the survey management module allows us to collect and organize response data and then presents them in the form of diagrams in PDF format. The team is currently working on the final integration with our existing internal portals: the Sales Learning Portal and the Skills Development Portal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I prefer a more formal style of communication, especially since I have to present the results of our collaboration with the Five Jars at the board meeting weekly, so I immediately warned the team that we would be conducting official correspondence via e-mail. My project manager on the Five Jars side had no problem with this. We also used several tools to track progress on the project. I appreciate their experience and rational approach to evaluating their work: they did not promise anything that they could not deliver. It was a productive partnership. I was afraid my lack of technical background would make it hard for me to follow project progress but PM was brilliant. I knew what was happening every step of the way. We had regular weekly calls with the project manager on Zoom, and the main communication was via email or Slack. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Our partnership with Five Jars has been so productive that I have absolutely nothing to recommend to them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I am an electronic musician, producer, music label owner and record label owner. Having worked in the music industry for many years, I know how difficult it is to promote music products and distribute them to customers. My goal was to create a tool that offers customers the ability to easily listen, buy and download audio tracks with a variety of licenses. I was looking for a developer who could implement my idea. I found Five Jars in the Clutch ratings and decided to pick them for their price per hour and an office in LA where I can go if I want to. About five Five Jars developers worked with me at different times. We also involved the design department and QA engineers. The whole team was supervised by the project manager from the side of the developer! I stick to an informal style of communication even at work and the guys from Five Jars got involved in it without any problems. It was an incredible experience interacting with the development team! The guys from Five Jars really understood the specifics of the music industry and they were always open to my suggestions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I am the owner of a private fitness club and a fitness app for this club. When I started working with the Five Jars team, I had a system of two mobile applications and a website that is used to upload content to applications. The applications are built more or less well, but the main problem with the site is that it was poorly coded, so the site did not work correctly. This site had to be recreated. Five Jars is a significant development team for a non-tech user like me. They are ready to explain any development detail and not use highly specialized terms. In other words, the communication was terrific. I only communicated with our project manager via messenger, but we also had a few Zoom or Google Meet calls a month. We used a lot of internal tracking tools like Slack, so I always knew what was happening on the project. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I am a professional artist who is part of a community of professional painters, decorators, and frames. Our team strives to make it easier for businesses and individuals to purchase and collect art. Our community launched a startup selling contemporary art and customizing frames and glass for that. We needed an e-commerce site to customize the attributes of paintings and sculptures. In the future, we would like to add the ability to purchase NFT lots to the site. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The team met the deadline for the estimates they made for us at the very beginning of the project. The site looks fantastic, and our community is now working to grow this business. We plan to add an NFT purchase to the site shortly, so our partnership with Five Jars continues. The Five Jars team are real partners, not performers. They dive into the project deep, suggest ideas, and implement them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
