What do you like best about FactoryTalk Linx?

Not much to dislike as the application is part of the overall Factory Talk view package and is used for data transfer from the controller. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about FactoryTalk Linx?
It is very handy for showing all connected devices on your network. As long as your communication driver is setup it should automatically recognize anything attached to the network. The software comes with either Studio 5000, Studio or Micrologix suite softwares. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about FactoryTalk Linx?
It is a little harder to set up legacy devices with this. It isn't the most user friendly. It takes a long time to start up sometimes, freezes often. If you don't have RSLinx open and you try to connect directly from Micrologix, it will freeze for a while. This only happens on the first time you try to connect to anything.
