We launched the revamped Sustainability Scorecard in April 2024. These scorecard improvements and new content are based on the feedback and insights shared by our customers. It is designed to place the information you need at your fingertips so you can turn insights into actions.

The Score details section of your scorecard allows to you to go a level deeper to map indicator score results and see the analysis of questionnaire answers. EcoVadis offers all rated companies access to the online Corrective Action Plan feature to support your company's sustainability performance improvement. The corrective Actions refer to the major areas of improvement identified by our analysts. In every corrective action, you will be able to find a section specifying the steps to take in order to begin working on improvements.

EcoVadis uses the United Nations industry classification system ISIC (International Standard Industrial Classification of All Economic Activities) to classify the productive economic activities of our rated companies. The questionnaire you received is tailored to the industry (ISIC) to which your company belongs. We would like to re-address that none of the topics on the questionnaire are mandatory, meaning you can just choose the topics relevant to your operations, and not declaring something for every question will not necessarily prevent you from reaching a certain score level.
