The synchronization is very reliable, whereas other cloud storage services or not that reliable. Easy to use with connected devices and very easy to collaborate with colleagues on the same file Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The limited free storage, the costs become very high. It also can operate offline, but works better with access to the internet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Dropbox Paper feels like that easygoing, creative partner who’s always reliable and never tries to steal the show. Everything about it is seamless—real-time collaboration works like a charm, the interface is tidy and inviting, and everything runs without a hitch. I can effortlessly add videos, images, to-do lists, even Spotify playlists (yes, really)—and my team can dive in instantly, no snags. No mess. No stress. Just smooth, focused productivity. It’s an ideal space for creatives, producers, academics, or anyone tired of clunky, outdated docs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Can we take a moment to talk about the not-so-great export options? When I need to send something polished to a client, it doesn’t quite deliver. And offline editing? Still missing in action. The clean, minimalist design is great for staying focused, but now and then, I wouldn’t mind some bold font choices or a touch of layout flair. A little creative sparkle now and then wouldn’t hurt, right? Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Dropbox paper makes it easy to find the docs you need for each meeting. Don’t have a meeting agenda yet? Use Paper’s smart templates to create one and its very easy to use and it also let you add comments to a specific part of an image, attributions .
It’s a great tool for ad-hoc, informal, collaborative on-line documents, especially ones which change frequently.
Dropbox Paper is a brilliant cross over between Medium and Google Docs. The same way Slack can be seen as cross over between IRC and Chat messengers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
In Dropbox Paper almost everything else is that they are stuck into an old-school hierarchy for storing data. They are based on files and folders. Evernote is based on notes & notebooks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like that dropbox is easy to navigate and easy to use. The website version is much better than the desktop app. I use it on the daily basis to grab and store files. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
You cannot add folders on the desktopp app. I cannot comment on the customer support as I have never used it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Dropbox is easy to share documents with users in a team - even (especially) if the team is made up of users from multiple organizations. Have tried using similar sharing apps but it is very cumbersome and convoluted to get outside organizations set up to share. Dropbox makes it easy! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
it is still just another place to have to go look for shared documents. Even if it is integrated into the File Directory function of windows, it just adds another place to look. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Allows for new client paperwork to be created and shared easily. There are also a lot of great templates that can be used to create outlines for client meetings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I cannot think of anything at this time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
