It would be useful if I could compare tables from multiple DBs on the same server at the same time.

Ability to have multiple shared comparison files is really useful. We have several files we use in scripts to sync our development environments with each other or prod, as well as using the application directly for one-off syncs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
