What do you like best about Craft Docs?

Using Craft Docs to create documents is quite fascinating, I can create documents with improved writing and above all with a much newer visualization, attracting attention, easier to read, with the storage of notes I can have control of what I have to do and With my team, I can move faster on each task, all in one place, without having to move between applications to achieve it. The templates are falling short for such a volume of work, it would be good if they had more Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Love using Craft — it offers a powerful editor that's constantly improving and increasingly getting better at collaboration.

The docs it produces are beautiful and work surprisingly well across platforms, including on the web.

What do you dislike about Craft Docs?

Craft is an aquired taste. It'll take you some time to grok how it works as a system and collaboration functionality is both limited and slower than, say, Google Docs.

Table editing is also the worst I've seen in a modern docs editor.

The Craft app also shines in its ability to manage and organize information. The nested pages feature allows us to create a hierarchical structure for our documents, making it easy to keep track of complex projects. The tagging and search features have also been incredibly useful in helping us quickly locate specific documents or information.

What do you dislike about Craft Docs?

I only wish we could have custom URLs for each space since I run distincly different companies, one URL doesn' t cut it for sharing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Craft Docs?

Craft is the one app I open and use every single day. I'm able to run my business out of it, I'm able to store personal notes, and I'm able to collaborate with my fiancee on everyhting from our groceries to planning our wedding. What do you dislike about Craft Docs?

The sharing model could use some improvement (thouhg I believe they are doing this). It's much easier to collaborate with others in Notion, a lot of Craft's model assumes that you are a business and working with other people in your company, and yet there is so much room for collaboration outside of that. There are some novel ui interactions that are novel and by definition takes time to get used to it but once you invest the time it pays dividends. Other than that, it's a fabulously crafted product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Our team wasn’t into documenting as it was a struggle to manage all of our information.

After testing several different applications, we decided to go with Craft as it was already my go-to app on a daily basis for managing key documents and projects and sharing information with others.

We've been using Craft with our team and we would love to see more granular permission levels (folder or document), an aggregated task view would be helpful as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
