"Life saver!"
What do you like best about CoverageBook?

The ease of compiling, the convenience of making your reports look good, the metrics available and the engagement it's able to track. Everything a publicist needs to show impact. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CoverageBook?

Not sure there is anything left to complain about! CoverageBook has improved so much over the years, but I have one little grouse. If I could perhaps choose my own font type, that would be great! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Game-Changer for PR Metrics!"
What do you like best about CoverageBook?

Coveragebook allows you to create clean and professional templates to share with your valued clients. There is no downside, only positive feedback from our clients, especially when they see the reach they are getting on earned media placements. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CoverageBook?

Sometimes the links uploaded to the coverage book don't yield all results in all the fields, which can be frustrating. For Example, doesn't recognize a verified media placement on a 3rd party website and we can't get complete metrics for reporting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great tool for PR report"
What do you like best about CoverageBook?

It tells reliable statistics for each clip - like DA score, views, unique visits. It helps PR professionals like us to be able to present in-depth PR performance aside from PR value and circulation which appear to be out of date and not useful for the clients. It's automated which helps save time for creating PR reports with a nice layout. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CoverageBook?

It cannot track statistics of some social media pages (we are a Thai PR agency working in Thailand with Thai media and social media pages). For example, the Facebook post has 5 likes and 2 shares, but it won't show in CoverageBook. So we sometime have to manually enter the data. And too bad that the DA score isn't available for social media pages. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Highly recommend this for creative agencies! Great Reporting!"
What do you like best about CoverageBook?

A few years back, we spent so much time compiling press clippings, analytics, links etc, just to put together a monthly report for clients. We started looking for a solution to provide better information on our activity to our PR clients and found CoverageBook. It made reporting so much easier. We were able to show good metrics and ROI. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CoverageBook?

Honestly..nothing really. It delivered on all features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Quick, easy and great for demonstrating PR value"
What do you like best about CoverageBook?

It's super quick to compile a record of all the PR wins. The finished book is easy to share and looks great. It is helpful to show ROI to management and as a reference guide for your own department. i also send it to those who took part so that they can see the value of the PR they helped to achieve. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CoverageBook?

It would be helpful if Coverage Book could estimate the audience of major print titles as well as online ones. It would be helpful to produce a book without metrics for our visitor area - to be fair this might be possible with the recent update but I haven't fiddled with it yet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"An essential piece of software for reporting and monitoring of coverage"
What do you like best about CoverageBook?

It's an incredibly intuitive product - it fulfils the function it sets out to do, and elegantly exceeds expectations without you noticing. It's become an essential tool for us - it's very easy for new members of staff to pick up, but provides enough instantaneous insight for more senior people in the team to want to avoid passing the responsibility on Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CoverageBook?

There's really very little to criticise at all Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy to use and good value"
What do you like best about CoverageBook?

Super easy interface, and great value. Presents coverage in a nice way that allows it to shine, and allows you to highlight top pieces. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CoverageBook?

I think the customisation options could be improved a little bit. Would be good to have more options with logos and colours to have more control. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"An easy to use tool for any PR professional."
What do you like best about CoverageBook?

CoverageBook is easy to use - cutting and pasting links and easy upload options make it almost foolproof. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CoverageBook?

It is an investment for a small or independent PR firm/person. There is an option to pause service at a lower cost, one just needs to stay on top of their use and subscription. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"CoverageBook is a brilliant tool for neatly presenting coverage to my clients"
What do you like best about CoverageBook?

CoverageBook is a brilliant tool for neatly presenting coverage to my clients, highlighting the statistics and information that counts. Being able to do this via a link makes it simple to share, and having the added option of downloadable PDFs is fantastic! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CoverageBook?

A few of the websites I grab coverage from cause CoverageBook issues regarding image, title, date published, etc. This is all relatively simple to fix yourself, but when dealing with a lot of coverage, it can become tedious and time-consuming. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Kristin Sluyk CB Review"
What do you like best about CoverageBook?

Our clients love it and it helps our agency expedite coverage reporting and share with clients in a visual concise manner without taking the unnecessary time to clip. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CoverageBook?

One thing that would be super helpful is if CB tracked coverage so it could all be condensed on one platform. It would also be great to have coveragebooks autogenerate a media list from coverage secured. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
