What do you like best about Comarch IoT Analytics Platform?
The best part about this IoT Analytics platform is its freemium feature. We can predict the future failures in near real time as it ingest a large amount of data from almost every data source. For our telecom client, they had many PLCs, SCADA system and historians out of which a lot of data was being generated and stored. We had connected data warehouses and the real time streaming data and the analytics output as well as the intelligence reports it generated were really helpful for the end-supervisiors. What do you dislike about Comarch IoT Analytics Platform?
The Platform admin screen gets buggy at times. Also the customer service needs some improvement as the turn around time is high and you have to wait after the support ticket is raised. The inbuilt KPIs Features and the process parameter visualization can be improved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
