It can be a touch buggy, but CloudQA has great support so it has been easy to troubleshoot. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
CloudQA allows you to build and run automated tests without having to write any code, making it accessible to a wide range of users, including non-technical stakeholders. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Since CloudQA is a no-code platform, users may find that they are limited in their ability to customize test cases to meet specific needs. Users who require more complex testing scenarios may find that CloudQA's no-code approach is too limiting, and they may need to write custom scripts to test their applications. Easily create scrips via web capture and the ability to choose a specific device for testing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I would have liked the ability to test more than 50 users per session. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The biggest plus point of CloudQA is its simplicity of use. Its not cluttered with too much & unnecessary features. We wanted the scrum teams to be able to do in-sprint automation. That called for even the non-technical resources to be able to use a tool. We are convinced that CloudQA will help in this situation.
It allows to reuse a test case in another which saves huge efforts.
Currently we use it of UI automation only , though it supports API testing also. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
1. Cannot continue to record an already saved test case.
2. Moving of steps in a test case up or down could have been better. Currently we need to drag the test step. This is tedious in case where there are say 50+ steps & you want to drag your step all the way down or up.
3. I also found dynamic pause to be not much helpful.
4. They can enhance the script section to write JavaScript code to make it intuitive & IDE like. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We have recently started using CloudQA to augment our web testing and QA processes. They offer an easy to use tool with almost no coding required. Our technical team liked that with their free subscription, we were able to test out their test cases for free before subscribing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The UI could be more intuitive and we are looking forwarding to additional functionality that we know they are working on Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Ease of use to non developers, easy to set up and the ability to recording tests directly in the browser where the recorder will record all the actions navigation Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It allows you to save a lot of time thanks to a very friendly UI, and few problems are quickly and efficiently solved by a very helpful and friendly team. Integration with previously used tools and processes was very easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Rare dips in smooth operation (within normal limits). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
That it is cloud based. I don't have to install anything myself and manage it. They also have a really quick support response time which is always great. And of course the automated test scripts get the job done for what I use them for: High level testing without much programming. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It could provide more insights to what went wrong when a testscript fails. It is still a basic testing tool which has some way to go still in terms of offered features and possibilities. You can do a lot with coding yourself, but the selling point is to not need coding as much. But all the basics are there already without coding. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
