What do you dislike about cloudHQ?

We had an issue with a parsing job that wasn't working as it was supposed to. This was affecting our business. I reached out to support via email. It took 6 days to get a reply after following up. The reply didn't solve my issue. Then 7 more days to get a second reply, still without solving it. The founder himself replied and I told him I wasn't happy with their support level. I asked him if I should keep spending time on fixing the issue or if I should spend that time migrating to another tool. He said I should migrate, then blocked my email and paused my account. I was a paying customer, he didn't care. Now I'm losing business because of his lack of customer empathy. On top of this their UX is very bad. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
