Customer Service is Awful! Even for the Paid version! We became locked out of our account, because of a mistake that we made. When we asked for support, it was impossible to get the problem resolved. The support staff didn't read the notes on the ticket, didn't understand what was going on, gave solutions that didn't work at all, were just completely incompetent. It requires one time setup of changing your domain's name server and then you can easily redirect all of your traffic.
