The two things that I really love about Cloudflare Bot Management is that it helps me filter out all the bad bots that aren't really helping my cause and are causing nuisance. Besides that, the other thing is it is pretty easy to use and set up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There's nothing that I dislike about Cloudflare Bot Management, but I'd love them to slash down their prices a little. There are also some navigational clutters that can be removed. But other than that it's a solid 10/10 product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I like the most about Cloudflare DDoS protection is its tiered protection levels, from "High" to "Essentially Off," even for the free accounts! It gives great threat control for web administrators. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Up till now, I didn't face any inadequacy in terms of protection with the service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Easy to use and out-of-the-box solution for a lot of sec issues. They provide a lot of tools and features to quickly enable your cloud services. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes it is hard to debug issues for beginners, but after getting used to it it is fine. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Cloudflare has similar features to other CDN providers. They try to package it better, but their main focus is on marketing and sales, not proving good service. They are constantly pushing their different features and trying to upsell stuff. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Cloudflare does not provide any support! Even for paying customers like me, there is no way to contact support other than email. Following the advice of the sales team, the only people one can talk to, I submitted a support ticket. I never heard back from them. After more than 12 hours and 3 more calls to the sales team trying to connect to someone who can help resolve the issue, I have switched to AWS Route53. I still don't know what happened and how my account was hacked, but one thing I know now is that Cloudflare does not provide any support and the button "Under Attack?" on their homepage is a joke. The mitigation and handling of all the unwanted bots, in a not-so-complicated way, is what made me choose Cloudflare bot management for a small business. While the competitors do have similar offerings and perform well, Cloudflare outshines in almost each of the budget segments without compromising its performance. Apart from good pricing, and good functionality the next thing that's best about Cloudflare which most of the people agree on is quality support you get no matter what plan you're on or how big or small an issue is, their support is always responsive and quick to act. There's one thing in particular that needs more work, it's - False Positives, the rate of such false positives is high, and to mark such for review to fix them is tedious work as well. The scoring system needs some enhancements for bots, considering it's under Cloudflare, I'm confident enough that this all will be taken care of in future updates. Scalable, quick and responsive Ability to quickly evaluate a possible rule's effect on Log or Challenge, as well as its Challenge success rate, before banning the traffic source completely.
Threat analysis on a large scale using cloudflare bot management assists in that aspect effectively with strong support, ease of usage, and affordability compared to its competitors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Firstly this service can be very expensive,
Secondly, When false positives are identified, it might be difficult to report for review - understanding the multiple levels of bot scores can take some time. It took some time for us to figure out how to use the score efficiently in our regulations. - Log visibility - we were only able to observe a few restricted items on the dashboard. It took some time for the Bot score to be implemented on the display. More awareness of the problems, as well as a device signature, would be beneficial. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Cloudflare DNS is a great platform that is capable of handling all your network traffic and routing it to your corresponding applications. The routing protocol is efficient as it drives our traffic in many ways, such as assigning different servers based on the user's geographical location, notifying of the health status of the application and the workload on the application, etc. Its failover feature for our DNS allows us to handle the end-user requests through the replicated server when the primary server is down due to some issues. In order to serve our users with a minimal latency period, we go for Cloudflare's latency-based routing features to provide our clients with maximum application availability. Till yet, I haven't experienced anything particular of Cloudflare's features that I can mention as a dislike. We haven't had major downtime with Cloudflare for the past year, and its propagation of record updates happens so quickly. It offers superb routing policies such as simple route policy, split traffic route policy, failover route policy, and latency route policy for our domain managed by Cloudflare.
