Connection to remote desktop servers is smooth and fast. Also ables us to connect multiple servers without hanging issues compared to others Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

1) Loads the data very quickly so access is really quick and fast
2) Can work on any terminal even without installing software

I like that I can click through boxes for note-writing instead of having to include all of the information in my note. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Citrix Secure Workspace Access?
The app glitches a lot. I'm contantly having to uninstall and re-download it. This will fix the problems for a few weeks then I will progressively start having more problems. We use the software as a contractor for a government agency though. So, I'm not entirely sure if its the Citrix software itself of the IT people at the government agency that handles these issues.
