It is easy to use and a person with even basic knowledge in the field can learn how to use it no amount of time. I faced less amount of problems with Cisco as compared to its competitors. The interface is not helpful and admin configuration is overly complex. The user gets inactivated once they answer the calls. It requires patience to use.
