This results in improved workflows for clinics reducing administrative burden allowing them to focus on patient care. We communicate all clinically relevant information back with the clinic via an internal chat and documenting on the patient's chart in the clinic's EHR. We able to offload over 50%+ of clinical escalations of Medicare/Medicare Advantage patients to the Advanta team.
